Bravers is an agile coaching company founded in 2019 and based in Porvoo. We don’t have our own premises but operate flexibly wherever needed, both in-person and remotely (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Whereby). Our training languages are Finnish and native-level English.
Bravers’ values of humanity, respect, courage, honesty, and love are the foundation of our daily activities. They are also reflected in our respect for the uniqueness of each other and our clients. We work in pairs or individually, depending on your needs as a client.

Bravers
Bravers is a training and organizational development agency founded in 2019, with roots in Porvoo, Finland. We don’t have fixed premises – instead, we work flexibly wherever we’re needed, either in person or remotely. We operate fluently in both Finnish and English.
Bravers is led and owned by Sanna Fäldt, a workplace coach, mediator, and developer. When needed, Sanna can assemble a tailored team from Bravers’ diverse network of trainers based on your needs and goals as our client.
