The stages of the Bravers Leadership Team Training process

    Each management team member is individually interviewed to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is working well and what needs improvement.

  • Processing key findings
    The most critical insights from the interviews are presented and addressed through a solution-oriented and dialogical coaching session lasting half a day or a full day.

  • Impact, not just inspiration
    The session results in concrete action plans for improving operations and collaboration – not just ideas, but real, implementable changes with roles and responsibilities for everyone.

  • Follow-Up and continuous development
    At least one follow-up session is held a few months later to assess progress, define the next development steps, and provide additional training on emerging focus areas.

Leadership team development training consists of individual interviews as well as group training and working sessions.

  • The hourly rate for interviews is €150 per hour.
  • The cost of the training days depends on their duration and content.

Example pricing:
A leadership team coaching program for a 10-person team, including individual interviews and two full-day group sessions has a cost of € 10,000.
Prices are subject to the applicable VAT (25.5%).
